I have support from the administration to grow myself and become a better teacher and to try out different ways time to reach my kids where they are interested in looking for a place that will provide you safety making sure that your children are at the level that they need to be more like a family unit you don't need to try to fit in don't need a really try to fit in our family-oriented to help build that relationship and that rapport with each and every student making sure that they're comfortable in the classroom making sure that they're working there on task they're happy with what they're doing on any of the back of that I have with support from staff and admin students alike and I stayed because I can't think of any place right have more support than I do here are just like friendly with their students like like they understand when that I knew everybody even though a student here anymore I can come back to them or allow them to help when I need it where is very family oriented school.
